OFFICIAL CLOSE DATE

VEN VEN will officially close May 10th of this year. The proper zoning and use for the building requires more of me than I am capable of doing. I started this space because I really saw a need for a small venue space in Ventura. The space itself was boarded up and sad. With the help of the owner of the building we were able to create something really special. It has been a real joy hosting events here. I loved the space and I loved having community come together here. Thank you to everyone who attended shows and events, and to the customers who rented the space. The space is available and is zoned for Retail, which includes shops, gyms, dance studios and a handful of other practices. I will still be working in the building upstairs at my interior design business. KellyCotyDesign.com
