Oil vs. Acrylic Show - Last Place Art Club

On August 30, the local collective Last Place Art Club brought their high-energy “Oil vs Acrylic” showdown to Ven Ven. Two teams—rocking custom jerseys and led by fearless captains @thedevoreilly (representing Team Acrylic, aka “Speed Run”) and @bychey_art (representing Team Oil, aka “Slow Burn”)—went head-to-head armed with nothing but brushes, paint, and pure talent.

The night was full of bold artwork, friendly rivalry, and lots of laughs. Guests and artists all cast their votes for the winning side. By the end of the night, the coveted Last Place trophy went to Team Acrylic!

The turnout was incredible, with nearly 200 people filling the space throughout the evening. Ven Ven was thrilled to host such a unique and vibrant event, and we can’t wait to see what Last Place Art Club dreams up next.
